差,具有过流和短路保护的CMOS降压型电压稳压
器。这些器件具有很低的静态偏置电流(2.0μA

供250mA的输出电流,并且仍能保持良好的调整率。
由于输入输出间的电压差很小和静态偏置电流很小,
这些器件特别适用于希望延长电池寿命的电池供电类

输出电压可以通过金属熔丝技术在内部设定。它
可以在1.2V到5.0V的范围内以100mV的增量进行选

■ General Description The LN1121 series are precise, low power consumption, high voltage; positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The LN1121 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
