LP3996
Description
The LP3996 is a low-dropout voltage regulator with low quiescent current and in ultra-small package. The LP3996 can deliver output current up to 250mA. It offers different output voltage within 0.7V to 5.2V. The LP3996 is integrated over current protection and short circuit protection in order to protect system abnormal. The output capacitor as small as 0.1µF is good enough for LP3996. The LP3996 is available in 4 pins ultra-small DFN package with only 1mm 1mm size.

■ General Description The LN1121 series are precise, low power consumption, high voltage; positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The LN1121 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter's feedback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin. Output voltage can be set internally by laser trimming technologies.
